Thriving Communities from the US DOT 

This program is designed to provide technical assistance and capacity building resources to improve and foster thriving communities through transportation improvements. This program provides hands-on planning support and access to a diverse set of technical assistance providers available to work directly with communities as they build upon local assets to co-design and advance infrastructure projects that address critical social, economic, environmental and mobility needs. 

 

Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) from the US DOT 

This tool outlines the FRA discretionary grant program based upon the entity, project category, and type of project.  Based on these inputs, the potential grant program(s) suited for those needs are highlighted and outlined. 

 

Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) from US DOT 

This website will serve as your one-stop shop for FHWA’s implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, including everything from fact sheets and funding notices to guidance, regulations, and presentations.  Has a subscription feature for updates and can browse information by key topics (i.e. bridges, climate, safety, electric vehicle, equity, etc.)

Build America Center 

This center is supported through a cooperative agreement between the US DOT and the University of Maryland to provide assistance to agencies across the country to successfully implement initiatives and grants through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.  Purdue University is a regional support center for this effort.  Subscribe for updates on trainings, technical assistance, and funding notifications.

Collaborative effort of several leading civic groups
